The service will be performed by Authorized Technician by the manufacturer - MARABU.

Corrective maintenance process will take place during machine shutdown during business hours to be previously agreed.

Technical evaluation of equipment, alignment, evaluation for parts replacement and other adjustments.

Documentation and service report valid for Warranty and Insurance purposes.

Full access to the Compass Customer Support Portal, with access to the Color Profile library, Manuals, Technical Information and Newsletters.

Free travel in Greater São Paulo.

Traveling on roads outside Greater São Paulo

• R$ 1.50 km + Toll
• 50% of the technical travel hour: R$95.00 per hour.
• Travel, food and accommodation costs charged separately.
• Necessary parts will be informed after in-person technical diagnosis.

Opening hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Additional Technical Hour: A fraction of 15 minutes will be charged.
