Ultra Jet DLE-MF

The Ultra Jet DLE-MF is an LED curable ink system designed for hybrid printers with flatbed and roll-to-roll functions.

Substrates

The Ultra Jet DLE-MF substrate range includes:

• Rigid materials such as acrylics (PMMA), rigid PVC and aluminum composite panels (such as Dibond®)
• Polycarbonate
• Pretreated polyethylene and polypropylene
• Flexible substrates such as self-adhesive films and PVC banner materials
• Printable fabrics such as Trevira® and synthetic leather

Cure

Ultra Jet DLE-MF is an LED curable ink. The best curing results are achieved with a wavelength of 395 nm.

• Post-print curing: Final adhesion and ink strength are achieved after 24 hours.
• Curing Speed: Depends on factors such as number of LED lamps, age and wattage, ink layer thickness, hue, printing speed and substrate type.

Fade Resistance

Only highly fade-resistant pigments are used in the Ultra Jet DLE-MF range. All base shades are suitable for vertical outdoor exposure of at least 2 years, taking into account the Central European climate and suitable substrates.
