Ultrajet DUV-MF / DUV-PP UV Ink is a versatile UV-curable printing ink designed for flexible and rigid substrates. Compatible with hybrid machines offering both flatbed and roll-to-roll printing options, this ink provides excellent adhesion and durability on a variety of surfaces.

The UltraJet DUV-MF/PP is suitable for the following substrates:

Flexible Substrates:

• PVC banner material such as COALA FRONT LIT ECO S

• Self-adhesive films up to 200μm

• PE/PET/PC/PVC films up to 200μm

• Printable fabrics such as Trevira®

• Synthetic leather

Rigid Substrates:

• Acrylics (PMMA)*

• Rigid PVC and PVC foam boards

• Aluminium composite panels (Dibond®)

• Pre-treated PP (e.g. corrugated plastic)

• Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, ABS

• Coated metal

• Glass* (with Primer P4/P5)

• Wood and MDF

• Corrugated cardboard, paperboard and Re-Board®

Recommended Helpers

• DI-UR 3 Cleaner : For ink changeovers, it is recommended to use DI-UR 3 for all ink system components. This cleaner has been chemically adjusted to the ink.

• P2 Primer : Used for pre-cleaning and manual pre-treatment of PP and metal substrates. Improves adhesion properties in powder coatings.

• P4/P5 Primer : Significantly improves adhesion properties on glass. Can be applied manually with a cloth or with a spray gun.

Notes: To ensure safety and best performance, follow the equipment manufacturer's and Marabu's guidelines. Always perform your own tests to confirm suitability for your intended use.
