Sublimation Resin 9370.RES
Suitable for coating various materials decorated using the sublimation transfer process. It offers high gloss, great resistance and excellent adhesion, allowing the decoration of various substrates.

Compatible Substrates:
Glass, metals, ceramics (tiles, mugs, floors, plates), wood, slippers, EVA sheets and others.

Properties:

• Colorless solvent-based resin.

Instructions for Use:

• Resin Preparation: Mix 10% Catalyst 9370.CAT into Sublimation Resin 9370.RES (9 parts resin to 1 part catalyst). Use the mixture within 5 hours.
• Application: By spray gun or airbrush.
• Substrate Preparation: Clean and degrease the substrate with Saturno IPA1 Isopropyl Alcohol .
• Touch dry: 20 minutes.
• Full cure: 48 hours. Pressing should be done after full cure.

Transfer/Sublimation:

• Metals, Glass, Ceramics: Press for 3 minutes at 180ºC - 200ºC.
• EVA: Press for 30 seconds at 180ºC.
• Important: Materials must withstand temperatures above 200ºC.

Auxiliary Products:

• Cleaning Solvent: PVC.SOLV.

Additional Information:

• Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, free from grease, oils or dust.
• Recommendations: Carry out adhesion tests before starting production, as adhesion cannot be guaranteed on all types of substrates available on the market.
